Life in the office; you came to the office, take your tea or coffee, sit at your table, check your e-mails then discuss the work that you had planned previous day. Every day is different at Rolibo. We adapt our days to the needs of customers, so that our customers know that they receive a high quality service.

Everywhere! We work with companies not based on their location, but on how we can help them to reach their goals. This is one of our favorite aspects of digital marketing, everything is online!

The questions we ask will depend on the position that you are applying for. We ask questions to understand your potential and skills. Generally, we are looking for a strong desire for learning, a passion for technology, willingness to work hard and an entrepreneurial spirit.

We offer two week office culture and training process. Your first few days begins with learning about our company culture, who our customers are and your role in our agency.

We use some tools to maintain efficiency and effectivity. We use Trello for workflow and RingCentral for an ordinate work environment. In addition, we use every software that our business needs such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Adwords, Screaming Frog, Mouseflow.

We work between 09:00 - 18:00. We don’t work on the weekend.

Employees who have completed their one year at Rolibo have a chance to spend a holiday with their loved ones in a villa with a private pool, for a week.

Position details

Managing the SEO processes of the companies of Hellogroup and brands that we work.

Ability to work in a dynamic workplace while simultaneously meeting the changing demands and priorities of more than one project.

Ensuring that on-page and off-page optimizations are up-to-date and suitable for the industry’s best practices.

To make SEO audits with scanning tools, identify SEO problems and prepare the solution.


  • Minimum 1 year experience in search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Technical SEO analysis, site analysis and reporting experience.
  • Ability to present the brands she/he has managed processes before.
  • Being an active user of Google Analytics, Search Console, aHrefs, Semrush, Deepcrawl, Moz and similar SEO tools in business practices.
  • Ability to set monthly/annual goals for the brands we work with.
  • Knowledge about SEO performance measurements and ability to create daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Keeping up with the latest search engine trends and news.
